Also Last Night in Soho. Gave it a 9/10. The late Diana Rigg and Terrence Stamp lend their ageless talent to this mindscape of a movie.

The Eternals (It was okay, and I know it sets up the Moon Knight show which I know nothing about. I am glad I didn't go to the theater to see this.)
First episode of The Bad Batch.

My wife made me watch that. It wasn't as horrible as I was expecting. Not saying I want to see it again, but it didn't feel like a complete waste of time.

Yours, Mine and Ours (1968) Lucille Ball, Henry Fonda
The Brady Bunch has nothing on this family.
Navy officer Frank Beardsley (Henry Fonda) is struggling to raise his 10 children in the wake of his wife's death. Frank soon begins dating Helen North (Lucille Ball), a widowed nurse with eight children of her own. After learning of their similar situations, the two are reluctant to pursue a relationship. But with the help of a mutual friend, Darrel Harrison (Van Johnson), the two eventually fall in love and must decide about forming one big, unconventional family.

I remember watching that a few decades ago. I had totally forgotten it included Lucille Ball.

Moonfall on a Imax screen.
I probably wouldn't have gone to see it myself, but my wife loves those large scale disaster kinda flicks so she made me come with her. It was fun-ridiculously unbelievable-but still fun.

I would love to see this on the Imax screen. While still doing some things to get ready for dads funeral I am putting it off til next weekend. By then it will likely be gone and the next big movie will be on that screen. So I will just see it on the regular size screen.

As We See It
It is an Amazon show about three autistic adults living together in one apartment with a caretaker who works with them daily. The language is rough but real. These three are trying to find coping skills to overcome whatever life throws at them. Things we might find simple, they find extremely difficult. Working with autistic teens at school, I fell in love with the characters right off the bat. Sadly, there are only 8 episodes.
All three of the actors that are playing these special needs adults are actually on the spectrum themselves.

That sounds really interesting. I might need to check that one out.

Let me know if you liked it. A week later and I'll admit it was a fun film.

Yeah, it was a bit of a fun film. For awhile I kept asking myself “how are they going to survive this. Then it became a bit of a sci-fi movie and realized “yep, they will be ok’. It was just a matter of how to get thru it.
The beginning was great and fairly smart. Some nice build up heading to get ready for the launch. Then from there everything goes crazy. What was wild was the interior of the moon.
Would I watch it again….sure, maybe end up waiting till it comes to streaming.

Been blazing thru Criminal Minds on Netflix. Most episodes are good, some are just OK. 12 seasons on Netflix and I am half way thru season 10. The other day I found out there are 3 more seasons not on Netlifx so it looks like I won't be able to finish it up until I find another way to watch them (they are on Paramount+ but I don't have that).

Whenever I see the movie name "Thunderball", I immediately think of the James Caan movie "Rollerball"....then I realize that isn't the right name and it takes me several minutes to realize it's the James Bond flick.
