We have solar panels and haven't had to pay an electrical bill for the last 3 months. We will probably have a partial bill during the summer though since it get's so hot here in the desert.

I had a blast yesterday in Indianapolis, which is about 2 hours from me. Went to the zoo in the afternoon (significantly smaller than my local Cincinnati Zoo, but no hills and they have some different animals that we don't have - plus it was fun comparing their exhibits to ours), then went to The Garage Food Hall for dinner, which is housed in a 1930s-era Coca Cola bottling plant building, next to a similar building in an area now known as "The Bottleworks District". I didn't have a lot of time to explore the area but will definitely be back next time I find myself in that area. After dinner I headed to a nearby church for a concert with Seventh Day Slumber featuring Amongst the Giants, Spoken and Decyfer Down.

Also strange to think that's the third time in about 2 months that I've driven 90+ minutes for a concert

Elon Musk bought Twitter. After a multi-year absence, I returned there last week. I love free speech!

I have a Twitter account, but I am not sure I remember how to use it.

I am already on 3 or 4 social networking apps. I really don’t see the need for another. Of coarse one of them I don’t even hardly use.

It was a day off for us. We celebrated the birthday of our king. So lots of things are orange. That's the last name of the king.
We made a long very nice walk and Matsi went with us. It was so beautiful outsite, the trees have new fresh leaves and you see more flowers blooming, buttercups, dandelions.

I'm on FB, Instagram and Twitter, though I don't post on Instagram or Twitter that much (I mostly follow others on those - Twitter is great for news and I follow friends and local accounts on Instagram as well as fun stuff like America's Funniest Home Videos and Fail Army)

I believe my desktop computer has died. What a sad day, indeed. I can't tell you how long I have had it. This Acer was a refurb when we got it, and it has done everything I needed for many years. It won't power up. You can hit the button and hear it try, but then it just quits. However, the disc tray will still open and close.
Before I totally trash it, I will hook up a different monitor to ensure that it isn't the monitor. I just don't have time right now to devote to trying to completely inspect it.

If it's a desktop I'd at least take it somewhere to have it looked at. Could be cheaper to repair it than to replace it.

I can get a refurbed machine with a full warranty with better specs than this one for less than $200. I would bet that, with parts and labor, that getting this repaired would be more than that.

One of the funniest series of question and responses I've seen this week. I would have answered the same way Normaniac did.

We've had ours installed since December and so far haven't had a single power bill. However, we are rolling into summer and are starting to get very close to using most (if not all) of the power we are generating. So not sure if it was worth it or not yet ourselves.
