I went to Canada's Wonderland on Saturday, to attend Wonderjam. Bands like Group1Crew, Family Force 5, Skillet and Thousand Foot Krutch attended. Skillet and TFK were the highlights; their shows were AMAZING. Skillet opened with "Whispers In The Dark" and a violin intro.
While I was there, I also conquered Behemoth and many other rides.

Tomorrow I'm visiting my mom. the look in her eyes tells me she does not know who I am. That makes me so sad.

I had my truck realigned yesterday and had the oil changed. Then, I went geocaching!

It looks as though my summer break from being a substitute is over. Today is the first day of school in my county here in Tennessee, and I already have the first 3 days booked. So, it's off to work I go!

Good luck with the first day teaching the kids. What lessons do you have to give today?

The classes are Health Science and Occupational Therapy. Both are taught by someone who is a registered nurse and a certified teacher. I am in for a teacher that has quit, and the county has not yet found a replacement. So, this assignment is for 3 days right now. It could turn into a 4 week job, however. I will just take it day by day.

It looks as though I will get to finish this week out in my current sub assignment. The county still doesn't have a teacher hired for these classes. If there is no one hired as a certified instructor for these classes soon, they will close these classes and assign students to other classes during the same period.
Regardless, at least I am being blessed to be steadily working again so soon after school started!

Andre, those are called rocks. They can be found in most places and in all but 2 or 3 countries. I realize that since the snow is several feet deep in your home tundra that you may never have seen rocks, but it's all good.....

I am tempted to call you guys ignorant.
Anyway… back on topic… I just visited a French castle, that of Angers. They have a tapestry of the Apocalypse, which was made in the 14th century. Amazing.

We went to my wife's company picnic at the Wilson Co. Fairground and then to a Middle TN. Geocacher's Club event today. Now, I am watching the movie Insidious.

Been re-studying Daniel, since all my original notes are gone from the theft of my Bible in 2006. Just SO incredible. I wonder sometimes if the reason my Bible was stolen was so I would re-study these awesome Scriptures.

I was in Italy yesterday, for half an hour. Then the cable car left for France. Magnificent scenery.
3800 metres above sea level, and I was wearing shorts! (I have to get the picture from my dad)
