Which one was the really bad one? Galactica 80 or something? Had a new cast and took place on Earth in 1980. It’s so bad it has to be watched to be seen. I haven’t seen that one in ages. Need to find it just to see if I can sit thru an episode. Kent McCord from Adam 12 was in it.
Yeah, Galactica 80 was pretty bad. I hardly even remember it. The only thing I do remember aside from them making it to Earth is having motorcycles that after flipping a switch or two…could fly.

Also…
Andor pretty good and simple. Looking forward to season 2
Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes Good movie with some references to the original. The ending isn’t exactly a cliffhanger but leaves you wondering how the next movie will go.
Ghostbusters Afterlife Very good flick with plenty of references to the original. Loved the mid credits scene. A much better movie than the previous try.
Civil War It kinda makes you think some, lots of language and a few graphic moments.
I’m sure there is something else but that is most recent.

The Fugitive Always enjoy this movie. Have been wanting to see the original tv series and found seasons 3&4 on Pluto. If they did it right, they could remake the show.

I watched both of these trailers and the movies look like they would be quite good. Did you watch them in French with the English subtitles or were they dubbed into English?

Still plowing thru Gunsmoke. Maybe an episode a night. Up to the color episodes I think season 12.

Wow, that's impressive. Especially since they did like 24+ episodes a season back then.

Flags of our Fathers It is a great movie yet like most it puts me off nowadays with all the language.
Letters from Iwo-Jima Another great movie, yet this one is free of any bad language.
Evidently we are so different from Japanese culture in our language.

I'm not Topshot, but I did see this movie, last year back when it was in theaters.
Production, and acting-wise I thought it was really good quality work (professional looking). Story-wise it was incredibly sad and heartbreaking (and a bit uplifting). I had a hard time not crying a few times.

Winter's Bone (2010). An earlier dramatic film featuring Jennifer Lawrence of Hunger Games fame. This was a very moody and depressing movie about a very rural teen taking car of her feeble minded mother and younger siblings as her meth-cooking father has disappeared. Very slow, but comes off as a higher quality indie style film. I can see why Lawrence got so much praise for this role. I think she was only 19 during the filming of this flick (and she looks 16), but she does a great job with the few emotional scenes in this movie. I was excited to see Gerrit Dillahunt and Dale Dickey play minor supporting roles in this film. IMO they are fantastic supporting actors who bring an authenticity to any film or show they grace.

... and he did a decent job. It's disgusting this is so prevalent in our world. I don't care why someone is in prison when I minister to them (I don't ask or look it up), child sex offenders are the most vilified amongst the prison population because even criminals have their own code of morality it seems.
