Saturday I helped my son move 20 cubic yards of wood chips into the playground of a daycare facility (he got paid, I didn't). I only helped him because it was so much work that he never would have finished it in one day.
Today my upper legs are in so much pain I can barely get up and down from my chair. Nothing like hard work to remind you how "out of shape" you are....man getting old really stinks.
