While I know we still have a week to go til Thanksgiving, I went ahead and started on Christmas movies. I have had quite a few Christmas movies in my Netflix queue since last January. I kept putting them off rather than watching them in the middle of the year.
Jingle All the Way 2 (Larry the Cable Guy)- this was actually a nice movie. It had been long enough since I saw the 1st film that I as able to see this without expectations of it matching the original. While it is similar,it also different. It does have some nice comedy moments in it. All in all, a good family movie.
Deck The Halls- While this is a basically good movie, it does have a few moments that lean more towards a juvenile/adult theme.

I just might have to check that out. I'm kind of a fan of Larry, and if I go into his movies not expecting to be "wowed" by any amazing acting I tend to have an enjoyable time watching them.

Justice League - while there was a few things about it, ultimately I enjoyed it. I liked it better than B v S.
A few days ago... The 12 Dogs of Christmas - This is the kind of Christmas movie I enjoy and always look for. A movie that is not about the hectic times of the season concerning shopping for the presents, not another Santa Clause movie, or even about competing dads in one aspect or another of the season. This is bottom line a good family movie that you might say...has gone to the dogs. And yes, there are lots of dogs in this.

The 12 Dogs of Christmas : Great Puppy Rescue - sequel where the 2 main characters/kids are now seniors in high school. The only thing I didn't like about this one concerned one of the characters. She was a psychic/fortune teller/ signs reader type. It wasn't used to much to distract the movie too much and was only used a few times. Still an enjoyable movie though.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Such a great flick. It's the only movie (I think) that I've owned on VHS, DVD, and now Blu-Ray hahaha.
I didn't realize that it's an almost shot-for-shot remake of a 1964 film called Bedtime Story. I really want to watch that one now!

I haven't seen that movie in ages! Had no clue about the "Bedtime Story" thing either.
