Here's what I think:
12 Stones - Creed 33 Miles - Rascall Flatts The 77s - idk, Zeppelin? Ballydowse - Dropkick Murphy's (Oi!) Barren Cross - Iron Maiden Darrell Mansfield - Joe Bonamassa or Junior Wells HB - Nightwish is closest Jars of Clay - for fans of AWESOME! j/k not sure, they're pretty unique Place of Skulls - Pentagram Recon - Queensryche Theocracy - Edguy Wish For Eden - also pretty unique (Rob Walker, their lead singer did a solo album that sounded similar but it had even more Christian lyrics than WFE's)

Rev Seven sounds a little bit like Ozzy, in some ways.

Skillet won't need a comparison. They get more airplay on secular radio than on Christian radio. The kids already know who they are. Same with POD and Switchfoot.
Red Sea - Whitesnake Whitecross - Ratt Randy Rose (Rose) - Danzig Rev Seven - Ozzy Apostle - Dokken Sarepta - latter era Deep Purple Lordchain - King's X, Galactic Cowboys Arsenal - Lita Ford
Mad At The World (Which era?) - In their early days, they reminded me of Tears For Fears. When they went rock, they somewhat remind me of Billy Idol with a little Danzig thrown in, and when they went alternative pop at the end, they sucked.
Stairway - Scorpions
That's all I can think of for now.

This is one of those things I'm not very good at. But when someone makes a recommendation I usually think one of two things 1. "Oh yeah, they totally sound like that band" or 2. "ummm...no way" So you can take my recommendations with a grain of salt.
12 Stones - Creed & possibly even Limp Bizket on the rapping tunes 33 Miles - Definitely Rascal Flatts 7th Heaven - reminded a little bit of Rush (at least their more commericail stuff) Arlen Salte - Only heard one of his albums one time but sounded a bit like Bryan Adams Arsenal - Phantom Blue (or like a heavier Vixen) BarlowGirl - Zoe Girl no wait Superchik (ok that was joke....sorry I couldn't help myself) Barren Cross - Iron Maiden & 80's Judas Priest Bloodgood - Krokus Cry Holy - Journey Enduring House - Early Stone Temple Pilots Place of Skulls - Black Sabbath, Pentagram Randy Rose - the first album was very much like Glenn Danzig Rev Seven - Ozzy

I've just heard the Arlen Salte stuff, and I would compare him more to Rick Springfield and Rick Cua.

I'm really poor at this, but I'll help if I can:
100% Proof - Definitely NWOBHM, but a comparison is tough. Maybe Raven? They were lighter though.
Altar Boys - 7 Seconds or The Clash (maybe)
Balance of Power - Helloween or Stratovarius
Barnabas - DC LaCroix is the only band I've ever heard that sounded similar, but most won't know them either, so I don't know if that's a help or not. They have elements of Rush, but a direct comparison would not be accurate.
Crashdog - Minor Threat or The Meatmen
Darrell Mansfield - Gary Moore or Stevie Ray Vaughn
First Strike - tough one.... Maybe Loverboy?
Ghoti Hook - Green Day
I spend a lot more time than is justified on these sorts of things, so I'd better stop there.

I think First Strike sounds a bit like Messiah and Rush.
