| It's interesting listening to songs that focus on different topics. Recently I have listened to a few on abortion v prolife. What is everyones favourites?
UPDATED! See No Evil - Holy Soldier Death Of The Millions - N.O.G. Who Cries For Me - Idle Cure Death Machine - Rez Deny The Fallen - Murder Machine Rose - I Was Alive Galactic Cowboys - If I Were A Killer King's X - Legal Kill Kidzx - Abortion Killers of the Unborn, Barren Cross. The Crucified "Silent Scream" Grave Robber "Screams of the Voiceless" Frost Like Ashes "Born to Pieces" Ashen Mortality - Sleepless Remorse Demoniciduth - The Holocaust of Our Generation Frost Like Ashes - Born To Pieces Joshua's Creed - Buried In The Womb Schaliach - In Memoriam Seventh Angel - Doctor Hatchet John Elefante - This Time Atomic Opera-Malediction
Also has anyone got the Kidzx album "The British Invasion... Again" album? That's like a super weird album, but I love the lyrics of their song on abortion. Really hits home. _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

| How about Death Machine by Rez: The natives dance to poison drums Gentle sway to funeral drugs Machines drone, the cannibal's feast The healers snap their oily teeth
The vials reek with foundry waste Black blood bleeds corrupted grace The coward sleeps, the pagan sighs, and angels take the form of flies
The coward sleeps, the pagan sighs Angels take the form of flies The morals washed, the conscience cleaned All praise to the death machine
The gods create, the inventor's paid Hemlock surges through our veins Morals washed, conscience cleaned All praise to the death machine

| Let 'em boycott, Hollywood is so decadent it's disgusting. Someone should put some of these songs on and album and donate funds to pro life clinics. | |

| You are so right, BR! Let them boycott!
This is why politics is such a wretched thing anymore! The people who are the leaders of the state and are supposed to be both representing and protecting the will of the people are more likely to pander to the almighty dollar. I can see states crumbing on their stance on these bills rather than take them back to the US Supreme Court. Instead of being leaders, many politicians are more worried about filling their own pockets or getting funding for their little pet projects.
We need to be praying for these states that the folks who drafted these bills and got them passed into law will be strong enough to stand against the evil of abortion (murder of innocent children). We need to pray that God will stop this human rights atrocity in our nation. We need to call our legislators and encourage them to stand strong and to see this through. Making a tough stand is difficult, but it gets easier when you know that your voters are standing with you whether you succeed or fail trying.
Ok, I will get out of the pulpit now. | Bit like Brexit! The people vote to leave, but 74% of MP's don't want to leave, so we haven't! _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

| Here's part of the song from Kidzx...
"So come on little lady, keep that baby in your tummy. For abortion it is murder, and I guess you think that's funny, for they killed a hundred babies whilst I wrote this bl**dy verse, and if you think that's bad then it's going to get worse. For then they'll kill the crippled and the mentally retarded, and this never would have happened if our childrens lives were guarded. When you're old and all alone, and they say it's your turn, who you going to call to, as you let the baby get burned... to death." _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... | Yeh, the website is very, very, very (etc.) old and also quite strange, but I found some of it hilarious (maybe it's british humour?) Also the CD is super hard to find anywhere, and although they talked of doing another album, it never surfaced. _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

Definitely....also slow down and actually read stuff instead of just trying to gloss over it quickly to see if it's something that needs my attention! _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

No, you read it right. We just need to find some pro-life songs featuring lap steels and ukeleles! _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| Gosh all the wonderful pro-life stuff that's been going on has drawn a lot of ugliness from the pro-abortion crowd, especially online. Friends in "real life" have posted stuff on FB that I find just sickening. I guess one of the [many] drawbacks to social media is that you get a much different perspective of people. Numerous folks who I get along with wonderfully in person I now have a completely different view of - and not a positive one. Sigh... | |
