| Simple enough. Someone asks a "Have You Ever ___ ?" question, someone else answers it and then asks a different "Have You Ever"
Have you ever been skiing ?

| I have never been skiing. To be honest, it looks fun. However, I am too big of a chicken to put those on my feet as I never even learned to skate as a kid.

| I've never been arrested but at my first job out of college I was restraining a client (who shouldn't have been at a children's home - he was 18) and when the cops showed up they tasered both of us.
I don't recommend it.

| Back around '89ish, I was coming home from my gf's at about midnight... as I'm driving down my road, I notice (rather obviously) that there is a house FULLY ENGULFED in flames ! I raced to my house, call 911, then race over there to see what I could do. It's gated with a lock, so I run across the street noticing the neighbors are awake and watching TV. I ask them frantically if anyone is in that house !! I kid you not, the old guy casually looks across his street to this house that is a raging inferno and says in a calm voice "oh, it's on fire". Come to find out, the house had been squatted in by meth scum, and later rumors were that all the neighbors waited till the scum had left and burned it down.
Fun story.
Has anyone every done any sky diving ?

| I spent three years in the Army jumping out of high velocity aircraft while in flight (I believe my jump log has around 35 jumps...kind of a small amount given my time in service). My wife also made a dozen or so sport parachute jumps. It is absolutely some of the best fun I have ever had. I highly recommend it.

| It just so happens that I have seen Weird Al live (at my local fairgrounds). He was amazingly technically proficient (as was his band)....but he didn't engage the audience at all. I was wondering if he was sick or something because it seemed out of character for him.
Has anyone here ever raced a car or a motorcycle in a legal track race? _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| When I left Texas Boot back in 1990 to go to Bridgestone, I took a pair of piers that had a hammer head on it as well. They broke about a year later and had to be thrown away.

Wow, they must have been rather short piers if they were able to fit in your truck. Not sure what the hammer head part is all about, are they used to break up the boats as they try to dock at the piers? _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

Have you ever been fired from a job? I don't think so, but I did quit one job before they could fire me. I was 16 and took a telephone soliciting job selling coupon books. The first week I was there I had the best sales they had ever had. During the second week I got several bum lists of phone numbers (many of them were pay phones). I had what probably amounted to one of their worst weeks sales. The manager used that as an opportunity to motivate the other workers by bringing me up in front of everyone and telling them how bad my sales were and implying they might have to let me go if my sales didn't improve. I got a little miffed and called him out on it in front of everyone. I said something to the effect of "I had your best sales ever last week, and I'm having a bad week now so you threaten to fire me? I'll tell you what I will save you the trouble, I quit." One of the worst jobs I ever had. So has anyone ever quit a job in anger (I've actually done it twice). _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I have never, but I came close. When I worked for Bridgestone, my supervisor came to get me to put me on a job in another department that I have never done or been trained for. There were several of us down because of having no material. They were supposed to take the least senior man and put him in the job by the union contract. Instead, they skipped over the least senior guys and pulled me. The guys that got to sit down and do nothing were close friends with my supervisor.
I intentionally let the job get behind so that my supervisor would confront me. He threatened my job a couple of times. I told him that he either needed to stop playing favorites and follow the rules, or I was walking out. I gave him 5 minutes to comply. When that didn't happen, I walked to my locker and got my stuff. He came and asked where I was going and I told him home. He said if I did it was considered walking off the job and quitting. I told him that I was fine with that as I didn't want to work somewhere where the supervisor favored his buddies over what was right. Before I could get out the door, my supervisor stopped me and apologized. I told him that if that ever happened again, I would walk and go straight to the best lawyer around. I reminded him that I did my job and got my numbers more than most of the guys in my department. I would not take that again. The department manager caught wind of all this and reamed my supervisor out and apologized for the misunderstanding. Needless to say, I worked there about 3 more years before I volunteered for the layoff that I made permanent with no more issues.

| Well, no. But I have struck up a conversation (several times) with a stranger convincing them we knew each other... I remember one that went something like this.
Me: "Hey! Holy crap, how are you?" Stranger: "Uh... good. How are you?" Me: "Good. Wow, I haven't see you since.. gosh how long has it been?" Stranger: "I don't know..." Me: "How's the family?" (This is where I get them. If they are married with kids, they think I know them through the family somehow. If they aren't, they think I know their parents, aunt/uncle, etc. This is usually where they believe they did meet me and just don't remember where.) Stranger: "Oh, Emily's fine, and the girls are growing up so fast." Me: "Oh I know. They do. Mine's already 5." Stranger: "Wow. That's great. So, how have you been?" Me: "Good. Staying busy. Well listen, this was great but I have to go. Take care. Oh, hey! Find me on Facebook and we'll get together later." Stranger: "Sure thing."
Of course I never hear back from them because they are a total stranger. Once I had a guy's wife walk up and ask to be introduced. I could tell he had no idea who I was and didn't know what to say, so I stuck my hand out and said "I'm Jerry (my name's actually Joshua) and we used to work together." She looked me dead in the face and said "Jerry? I remember him talking about you. he just said the nicest things." and shook my hand.
Have you ever eaten someone else's lunch at work?
