| Okay, I said pretty much the same thing last year....here we are mid March (close to a quarter way through the year) and I have almost no new releases. (just the Sweet & Lynch) album. I know that some of my "Christian" music purchases have been slowed (thankfully) due to the ability to listen to most releases before buying them. But it still seems like this year (and the last) has been a bit slow with regards to Christian hard rock and melodic metal.
As an example here are the number of titles I have purchased over the last several years (based on the release date...not the actual year I purchased the album).
2009 - 27 albums 2010 - 40 albums (yikes!...too many) 2011 - 34 albums 2012 - 32 albums 2013 - 30 albums 2014 - 19 albums _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I agree that 2015 has gotten off to a slow start; however, there are several promising title soon on the way:
Impellitteri - Venom (April) Worldview - The Chosen Few (May) Armageddon USA - Up In Flames (release date pending) Signum Regis - Through The Storm (May) Within Silence - Gallery Of Life (May) Dynasty - Inspirations (April)

| The Letter Black Skillet Decyfer Down Millennial Reign Fireflight
I also expect that GX Project will drop another before we ever see another X-Sinner album. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| Decyfer down is interesting. The same for a new Stairway album.
I hope we ever see another X-Sinner album.

| So far this year I've only had two releases I was really anticipating... Flawed By Design and Red. I found the Red to be disappointing and FBD to be awesome. I've been using this time to grab albums I had missed. Most of my anticipated albums have already been mentioned with the exception of Teramaze. Dean is updating almost daily, it shouldn't be too long. | |

| I'm starting to get anxious for something new to come out that's on my radar!!!! It's April now and I still have only purchased one album that would even remotely fit in the "Christian" category (Lynch Sweet).... come on new music. This is getting ridiculous, I don't want to break down and have to start listening to metalcore just to hear something new! _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I thought Red was good, albeit it a bit "more of the same." That's not a bad thing, necessarily, but ... I'm looking forward to Impelletteri's Venom in less than two weeks! | |

| I bought the download of Red's new one. Guess what? I still haven't listened to it. I've just grown tired of them as there really isn't much substance to their lyrics to me and the music is rather bland. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

I only had one of Red's albums and I listened to it maybe a dozen times and then shelved it. Just too repetitive to my ears (which likely means I'm not really a fan of the band or the genre...or both). _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I know that Follower has a new album out. I just haven't bought it yet.
I know that Stairway is going into the studio this week. Millennial Reign is mixing their new project. Stryper is supposed to drop a new one this year. Worldview and Impelletteri are coming very soon. Plus, I expect that we'll see a new Saint project this year. I don't think that the year is going to look as bad as we think.

| I love epic and progressive metal so after hearing some of those tracks on forth coming albums, although there may not be many albums out this year, what there is sounds like pure quality!
Within Silence Signum Regis Worldview

| If you ever want to know what I'm looking forward to, just look @ Kerrick's list and focus on the black metal. Though Theocracy sounds nice, too.
Wow Kerrick, Vardoger AND Vials? (not to mention the obvious CM...) Maybe 2015 is a good year for us...

| Sorry to keep beating the same drum here but April is nearly through which will put us 1/3 of way through the year. I just now finally got my second Christian Hard Music album (Impellitteri-Venom). Am I the only one that is seeing this as a very slow start to the year in Christian rock/metal? Maybe I am the only one having a hard time finding new stuff I like this year. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."
