2015 CHM VIRTUAL GET-TOGETHER

Been a few years since I've done one of these. Since the last one, we've had a few additions to our fold...
For those who have no idea what this is about, here's the skinny:

Anyone here who wants to participate is "Invited" to submit your picture that will ultimately be added to a background. When I finish the picture, it will appear as if all of us got together and had a group photo taken.  We've done 2 of these before (but due to the time consuming nature of getting people to submit their picture and the work of putting the final picture together, I have not been too faithful at doing an "annual" photo). 

This year's will have a long deadline = July 4th to be exact. No photo by July 4th, then you will be a "No-show" 

The photo you take and submit must be a full body, head to toe, pic in good lighting and must be full quality --generally 4000X2500 or better is preferred... anything smaller in quality appears grainy in the picture and you can tell it's a picture added to the final work, rather than blending in as if you were actually there.

For 2015's try to submit 2 pix -one casually standing, and one with your right hand in the air, either with a fist, pointing upwards, or the peace sign, etc.  I'd like to try one on a concert stage with everyone doing the same or similar pose. 

We'll talk more about this later and I'll attach photos of our previous CHM GET-TOGETHERS so you newbies will get the idea.

My only issue with things like this is that I haven't had a decent picture since I was 20 years old. I'm not being modest, shy, etc, ... pictures of me just suck!

I was in the first one but my picture quality was horrible.  I think I may have missed the second one.  It would be cool to see them both again.

You want me to take some pounds off ? I can do it.
You want me to remove the gray in your hair ? Done.

I can adjust to please if u want. It's your call.

I'm with BearDad. Every time I see a picture of myself I'm like "Who's that fat guy? Oh no! I need to tell my wife I love her."

Fun idea!  This is one of the most recent photos of me (and my sister who you can crop out).  Is it ok if I have a shotgun in our photo??? 

No shotguns.  Assault rifles or pistols would be fine...but no shotguns!

My thought's almost exactly.  Usually it's "wow who is that short, fat, bald guy standing next to my wife......oh wait...that's me"

I think the shotgun will be fine, Kerrick!  Hey, we had a machette in the last one.  Maybe I can work in a cigar box guitar AND a firearm!

Here ya go. This is about the most recent one you'll find of me, from 2010. You can put a little more grey in the beard, and my crossed arms cover the fact that I'm probably 20 lbs heavier now. That's my youngest hanging on my shoulder; she would have been about 10. Feel free to crop her out for your "photo shoot"

I think the 2nd one came out better... but I can't seem to find that sucker anywhere... got a couple more hard drives to search...

Sounds cool, but I will have to try and find a pic. I know I have one from Disney but not sure of the quality. Let me know where to send it and we can see if it will work. As for any other photos, there just aren't many of myself because we stay busy taking pics of the kids.

I was just thinking about the get togethers of the past a few days ago. I have changed a little bit so I'll have to get a new pic taken as I think the last pic of me was the last get together.

Looks like a cool idea. So where should we drop our pics? In this topic, through mail, PM?

In the past we simply posted them in the thread.  You could also just PM him.

I really need to know the deadline or when I need to turn it in by. I can't turn it in while I'm at school unless I have someone put it on the forum for me. Can I give the picture by email?
