I paid for the upgrade to EZ Drummer 3. So far, it works about the same. It has a few more samples for the drum library which is cool.
I was rather disgusted with it, though, when I could not export my drum track I was working on as a WAV file. It makes inserting into your DAW much easier than having to learn how to do the MIDI stuff. Having MIDI would be better for mixing each individual drum in a track, but I don't want to do that. I want everything pretty well even when I export so I can just EQ the drums to my tastes and be done.
Anyway, there was an EZ Drummer 3 update today and it fixed my problem.
