Is there any chance 4 Barren Cross to release a new album ?

My guess is no. After they last get together they seemed poised to put out new music but it never materialized.

I'm guessing probably not as well.  Especially given that Mike Lee/Drive recorded an album with Tracy G under the name Gale Force.  Also, with Jim providing bass on the recent Trytan album it seems like at least half the band is working on other stuff.  Maybe Jim and Mike were up to make new Barren Cross music and couldn't convince Ray and Steve to do it, so they found other music outlets.  The live album they put out was in 2013... that was 8 years ago no.  It would be great if they recorded another studio album, but I'm certainly not going to expect them to.

I seem to remember that they talked about releasing a song every now and again, back in 2014 (ish), but it never happened.  Mike Lee is doing another album now, so I guess BC won't be happening.

Plus Jim LaVerde is jamming with Trytan.

Jim isn't just playing with Trytan.  He works in the the & movie industry on a film crew.  I do not know the name of the film company, but I know that he did work on at least one Marvel movie.  I would say that he is extremely busy and probably couldn't balance too many projects.

With Jim living in TN and most of the band in Cali, unless they record via internet, I doubt we would see anything else from them.  Barren Cross would do well to rebrand and find another singer if they wanted to work together again especially with Mike doing Gale Force.

Maybe they could get Dale to handle vocals
