Jeff Fenholt passed away 9/10/19

I just read online today that he had passed away yesterday. I used to listen to his cassette back in the day all the time. Wore that sucker out.

I didn't know he ever released anything of his own.  I remember him for his work with Joshua Perahia.

I knew he had an album of relatively modern recordings of old hymns (titled Hymns 1).  I think I checked out a few tracks on youtube before realizing it wasn't my thing.  
At just shy of his 69th birthday, he seems a little young to go...but it sounds like he wasn't healthy, now he doesn't have to suffer.

I had never heard this song.  Jeff with Craig Goldy back in the 90's.  I would have loved to hear an entire album in this style.

The only thing he had for a long time was a cassette, Jeff Fenholt Live.



After a few years he released an album of 50's styled music. It seems he had a few more releases.

Sweet. I found this as well. A comment under it says that there is a whole album that was never released.

Oh man, a whole album worth of stuff with him and Craig?  Man it would be cool to hear that, even if they would only released it digitally.
