| Tired of their lies and BS...
Complaint Type: Contract Issues Description of Complaint: I joined at the recommendation of many others who had entered into a contract with Redemption Vinyl for a subscription to receive a monthly "grab bag" of records. A member pays a set amount (in my case $36.11) and is suppose to receive a package of records within 1 month, this occurs monthly. Here is a quick timeline of my experience: *May 2 - I sent payment for first vinyl box (introductory offer) *June 5 - Auto-charged for second package - $36.11 *June 10 - Received first package. Satisfied, and excited for next shipment. *Middle of July I began asking via email where my 2nd package was. Responses took several days, but each time I was assured it was on it's way. *August 13 I gave them an ultimatum to either send my records, refund me, or I'll file a fraud report with my bank and get my money back that way. They told me that wouldn't be necessary, that they (quote) "will make sure that you have your box this week". *August 25 I asked again why I haven't received what I paid for. I was told of their financial difficulties, as well as a tragedy they experienced. From person to person I was saddened by their difficulties, however, this does not change the fact that I, as a customer, paid for goods I never received. THAT equates to fraud and theft. It is now going on nearly 5 months since they took my money and did not deliver the product. I gave them enough time to make this right, and have been as patient as a person can be. I can lose $36 and not worry about it, however, the website is STILL up and functional, therefore others are being taken in this fraudulent "company". I suppose many members will not take it this far since it is considered a "Christian" business selling to Christians. I do not believe being a Christian equates to being a doormat and laying down while someone robs you. Thank you for hearing my complaint and looking into this crooked business. James Willis
Desired Settlement: Refund Desired Outcome Description: If I receive what I paid for OR a full refund, I would be satisfied and be finished with this company. They must not continue their fraudulent activities and their website must be terminated. | |

| I don't blame you for reporting them. I wonder how many of their subscribers have had similar problems? _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I think you will see more subscribers report this if they are having similar issues. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| Yeh, like I said, I could care less about the money. It's the principle, the fact that they call themselves Christian, and that they're STILL active online screwing new suckers. | |
