The song sounds pretty good. Having not been as familiar with the original, I can't tell you how close it sounds to Blackmore's original.

I did notice that your version is shorter due to being a few BPMs faster than the original. Was that intentional or accidental?

When I do music is way more "art" than "science"... so pbm is all a "feel-thing"... I think the more agressive over-all sound just lent itself to a little faster tempo Atleast that's my story--and I'm stickin to it!
