That will work until your hair starts to thin. Then, you need to grow it back out some to cover up the bald spot.

Reasons why short hair is great.

1 - You can get up in the morning and you don't have to touch it!
2 - Looking in the mirror you look the same that you did the night before (apart from bleary eyes!)
3 - After washing it it dries in nano seconds!
4 - After it's dry you don't have to comb it (or brush it)
5 - On a hot day it don't get in the way and make you feel hotter.

Reasons why I won't have long hair.

1 - I think you need a certain look to carry it off (ie metal or gothic).
2 - My church would be none to pleased!!!! Some aren't that keen on jeans!
3 - My wife said that if I grow my hair long, she'll shave hers off.

Case closed really!!!!

(and yes, his hair took FOREVER to paint ! Long live 80s hair !!!)

Ok, here is the india ink rendering I did in Highschool. I can't remember the guy's name but he sang for that Hair-metal band "Black N Blue". & just like your picture of Dave, the hair took me forever.

Yeeeaahhh !! Rock on !! I used to have a Black N Blue record way back when !
And as my memory serves me, that looks just like him !

Have a "Merry Eddie Christmas".
I drew a picture of that monster on the cover of a letter I sent to my girlfriend (in highschool) while she was away at Bible camp.
It didn't make her very popular with the counselors, but I think she forgave me (at least enough to marry me).

Eddie was the subject of MANY art projects in high school... I wanted to do a peice with him but didn't want to be trendy so I ended up doing a pen and ink of the Megadeth skeleton from the cover of peace sells, but who's buying. I did 2 versions, one small for a pen and ink assignment and one HUGE on a queen size sheet for the backdrop of our lip synched megadeth concert in my senior year.... (I don't know if other schools do this, but every year we had a "rock off" where people dressed the part and lip synched to their fav band. It was fun but I sure wish I was a Christian back then, I coulda done Deliverance or some band like that !)
I do not have those pix today as I burned them when I got saved in '89 (along with a lot of other stuff I felt convicted about)

Ok, it's guess the singer time... who is this singer I painted back in 1985 ? The winner gets to bask in the glory of their own wisdom !

Hmm, my first thought was Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones, but his lips are way too small.

What do I wrong and do I have to copy and past the direct link in photo bucket?
I like it much more when you see the photo's and not have to click on the urls to see the photo's.

I'd rather see the URL than have them embedded if they're big. Then it won't bog down people on slower connections.
