| Opinions will vary but, in my opinion, this is one of their best albums. I like the title track, Demon Pill, We Will Fight. | |

| I've only listened to it a few times (probably 3) but quite frankly I am feeling a little underwhelmed. I don't know why, as it has all the ingredients of a fantastic Saint album, but it's just not wowing me like Hell Blade or Desperate Night did. Hopefully it will click with me soon. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I like it a lot, hard to pick a tune, they are all good. I like it equally as HB and DN. | |

| I've played at least half of the songs from the album on my show. It's a pretty solid album. | |

| It's a solid release. I only wish there were about 3 more songs instead of just 9. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| I really like every track on this album. But favorites would be the title track, We All Stand and Never Same.
This is now my favorite Saint album.

| For those wondering when the CD will arrive, it is arriving. My CD came in the mail yesterday.

| I was able to get 3 songs off of Amazon which includes the title track. I like what I hear lyricaly, musically, and production wise. Would anyone here consider sending me a copy of the cd cover both front and back and liner notes. | |

| I would send you a copy of all that stuff, but I got mine as a download from Amazon as well.
I have listened to this album about a dozen times now and unlike the vast majority of people here (and at the CMR) I am going to have to say that this is probably one of my least favorite Saint albums. It's not bad at all, but IMO it just doesn't live up to the greatness of Hell Blade, Desperate Night, Times End, Too Late for Living and In the Battle. I think my biggest issue is that the vocals seem to be a bit buried in the mix and the songs all seem to plod along without any real distinction between them. Not a horrible album by any means, but certainly not among my favorites from their catalog. Tough for me to say as I am a huge fan of the band. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... | I dunno, I can hear the vocals just fine and feel it has the same sound as the last 2 albums. Listening to it now on Spotify since I am out of town on business.

I would unfriend you on facebook for that comment but well you've made that rather difficult...... Seriously, I am glad everyone else loves it so much....but it probably won't be a frequent spinner for me. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Favorite song: We All Stand - major energy here!
Favorite guitar solo: Hero
Favorite lyrics: (tie) Hero and We All Stand
The production on this record is nearly perfect. I hear every instrument clearly. The bass sounds awesome.
As I said, my favorite Saint album now!

| The new Saint arrived today and have just finished listening to it for the third time. New vocalist Brian Miller is very talented. He almost brings a slight Dio quality to his vocals, which allows Saint to branch out a bit more musically in comparison to past albums (noting the symphonic power metal aspect to "Never The Same"). As a matter of fact, this is potentially the best Saint line up ever (I hope they keep the same roster because they can potentially do some great things in the future).
The lone complaint is that the album is a bit short at 31 minutes (only 29 minutes when factoring the throwaway instrumental "Metal Cross" at the end). Yes, I like all 29 of those minutes but the overall feel is an EP as opposed to a full length album.

I think a good idea would be to call the next album "Metal Cross" and the ending track of BITG could actually be an intro to the next one....

I think that is part of what left me feeling flat about it as well. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

The closest I would think would be New British Wave Of Heavy Metal but they aren't British. They just have that sound.
