Fantastic technique!  I've probably done that a few times without even knowing what I was really doing.

Oh, my little art lesson wasn't created cuz of your Grinch. Your Grinch is excellent and has perfect proportions and accuracy -and especially from a small source !  My sight has gotten so bad that I could never copy something from a small screen.

It wouldn't have mattered if you had given the lesson because of my Grinch.  I can take a little constructive criticism and like getting the pointers.

Today was a sad day.  I shipped this guitar to its new owner in Jasper, AL.  I now have 125 reasons to rejoice, though.  Or, would that be $125 reasons?

Considering that I have around $40 invested in it, I would say that the $85 profits are nice!

Hey everyone slows down to gawk at a car wreck. 

We took my mother-in-law to Macaroni Grille last night for her birthday.  (Yes, we brought her back!)  While we waited on our food, they do provide a couple of crayons to draw on the paper table covers.  So, I did this!

I'm currently working on art that's mostly aimed to former and questioning Adventists.

I've not really had a lot of time for building guitars lately, but I got some good work done tonight.  I have two necks that I am working on with teak oil to get the right shine.  I have a small 3 string banjo made from a decorative tin that is getting close to finished as well as a 4 string electric made from a plastic ammo box.  I'll get some pictures when these instruments become available.

I just discovered that I made a critical error on the new canjo I was making.  I made the fretboard out to be for a 25.5" scale length thinking it was a 24.5".  That means that the bridge had to go further back to the point that I could not adjust the intonation.  So, I am either going to have to make a whole new neck or try to gently chisel this fretboard off and add a new one with a preferred scale.

Grrrr!!!!!  I hate setbacks!
