We had a lot of rain this morning. It might still be raining a little right now, but not as much. It's still cloudy outside.

Whoa. This used to play on the radio when I was little. I haven't heard it in so long.

Feeling a bit swollen, lol Our daughter is due in 5 weeks, and I don't think I am ready :p
I might have asked this before, but is this your first? My wife was almost 2 weeks late with our first child (and it still surprised). My daughter is also pregnant right now, but she isn't due until the second week of November (she has only recently started to show). Do you have a name picked out yet for her?
Sorry, I just saw this response Yes, this is our first! She was a surprise, still getting used to the idea, lol. :p Time is flying by. Her name in Isabelle (We call her Izzy ) Congrats on your coming grand child! Do you know what it is?

I like Isabelle, it's a great girl's name. The first is always a surprise (even when you plan them) If you think time is flying by right now just wait until the little one starts to grow, she will grow up in an instant right before your eyes.
My daughter is having a boy and she wants to name him Boston. I wasn't sure what to think of the name at first but it's growing on me.

I've had "Living In The Past" by Jethro Tull intermittently stuck in my head since the beginning of this month, when I heard it on an oldies station on satellite radio. Which reminds me, I may have to look into getting sat radio if we ever get a new(ish) car.
Also, I'm about to order Apo's new CD, which'll come autographed and with a copy of their first album. Sweet deal, eh.

I once went to a show where the music of the Rolling Stones had been turned into polkas.

I went to a show where several songs by many artists were done as polkas. Of course, it was a Weird Al show.

I have a tribute to the Stones, done by all reggae artists. It actually sounds great... all those old classic RS songs re-interpreted to reggae. It works quite well.
