I still need to make my list. Is it lame to include your own CD in your top 10? I actually do listen to it even though it is my own creation. For the record, it would not be in the top 5 at all.

I don't think I have ever posted my favorites for a particular year and had two releases by the same band in it before. This year, I have two bands that did that: Stryper & Apologetix

I bought a lot of new releases this year. Even though I have listened to them multiple times, I just can't remember anything much from the album. Of those bands, I could only give them honorable mentions like: Sacred Warrior, Deliverance, Rivera/Bomma, Red, We As Human, Love & Death, The Letter Black, and Hero.

Will need to hear Neverclaim and listen more closely to samples of Deliverance and Sacred Warrior. I'm pretty annoyed PK's new one is not available very widely (or at reasonable price for CD).

I've bought so few they'd all be in the top 10. geek

I may still get a couple more by year end. Need to use my Amazon credits before Jan 1 when they start charging sales tax. Just got re-issued Theocracy at church today so that will be #1, of course. Thumbs Up

Between having to charge sales tax and the increase in the amount you have to spend to get the free shipping may hurt Amazon's sales. If I have to pay for shipping and have to pay sales tax, I will be looking for the lowest prices plus the lowest shipping on items.

I haven't got Brides Incorruptible but it is on its way. I would venture to guess that it would come in no higher than 7th for me. The first 5 are pretty solid. Definitely my #1 is solid.

Yes! Desyre, stepped up the production on this one. Mazi's voice is still a bit behind the mix but its still a great album nonetheless.
