I keep reading your remodeling updates on facebook. By the sounds of it you will have a completely new house by the time you are done.

Sounds great Michael backpacking to Wyoming and Colorado.
Good luck with the remodeling, hope you can finish it soon.
I think you are remodling for a long time now.

After a week off from youth events, it's time to get crazy again. I'm leaving for youth camp this week, and then going to camp with the children from church next week. I'll be tan and tired!

If I have wifi at the camp, I'll pop in and say hello.

Started gutting last Tues and may actually finish gutting today (now Tues here). Took Sat & Sun off. Hope I live through this. Smile

Well if not, it sounds like there will be plenty of scrap lumber around to build you a casket.

(ok that was probably in poor taste, but Sabidoo hasn't posted here in a long time)

Well, I prefer to be cremated so you could just light it on fire (well away from the house).

I think they might have laws against doing that on you own property.
Maybe you could get a special permit or something?

Fun Summer? - Page 2 Icon_cheers Great to hear you made it home safe (no bear attacks I'm guessing).
When you get settled in I would love to see those pictures your husband took in Blaine.

We've seen 5 black bears and one grizzly. Lots of chipmunks and deer.
I will send you the pictures my husband made.
They are cool.

I'm looking forward to those pics as well.

I survived a week at church camp with my teens. Had some rough moments, and some blessed moments as well. I'm home for the weekend, and then I'm off to church camp with the younger children this next week.

It seems church camps hold you away from CHM.

I will post pictures from the trip to Canada.

But ....... help me how to post a picture on CHM.

Have had rough moments in Canada too.
I still have very rough moments to get used to our time.
Today I felt so terrible and soooooooooo tired.

Just finished up my second week of camp. I must say that working with little kids is a lot more tiring than working with teenagers! LOL

And, today I continue my "working" with kids as I am headed out for a day trip to Holiday World in Indiana. It will be fun!

It's one of the country's oldest theme parks.

The kids had an amazing time. Me....eh....not so much. After doing Disneyworld, nothing else compares.

My sister and I decided yesterday it was time for a day off and enjoy together.
We went to Amsterdam to visit the Van Gogh Museum and after lunch we visited the botanical garden.
I am very impressed about the life and paintaing of Vincent van Gogh.
The botanical garden I absolutley loved.
After seeing a lot we went out for supper and enjoyed a delicious meal.

Now that sounds like something I would really be interested in.

The Van Gogh museum is absolutely wonderful.
I love his paintings so much.

In the botanical garden there bloomed a rare water lely.
This lely only blooms two nights and we have seen the flowers of one day old.
It's a very impressive water lely.
Walking in a botanical garden is great.
When you have had a horticultural training this is so much fun.

We had a cookout at the house tonight in honor of my wife's daddy's 70th birthday. We had all of her family over, some friends we used to go to church with, and my brother. It was a good time.

To celebrated the 25 years of friendship with two couples we have met on a vacation we rented a boat and made a beautiful trip over the water.
We have had a very good time together.
Have made pictures, so I will post some pictures for you.

My sister is staying with us for two weeks.
The day after tomorrow she flies back home.

We have had a very good time together.
Sometimes it all was overwhelming me a bit.
It's good to talk together about mom's situation and over other things.

Spend your days with kids can tire you down, I know.
When do you have to go back to school?

School starts here next week. I don't know if I will get to sub on the first couple of days. I did last year, but each school year is different.
