Yes, it's the cooking Jamie Oliver.
I read his books as novels.

I used to watch his show and he cooked up some great looking stuff, I should try some of his recipes. (isn't he British?)

I almost quit buying books altogether and just get most of them from the library now (some I get loaned to me, and a few I actually buy). I didn't now what the book was about before I read it, but in all honesty I might have skipped it too. IMO it turned out to be one of his "lesser" novels.

'His Dark Materials' - Phillip Pullman. Not finished reading it yet, but an epic tale, set in an alternate universe. Not a Christian work, but so far an interesting story. Looking forward to reading 'Immanuel's Veins'.
