I bet it will look similar, but I think my scars will be bigger. I have one on both sides of my leg. One incision was between 8 & 9 inches long.
Besides, that's a LEFT foot in the pic. This is my right one. I know--I am a party pooper!
Anyone want to see real pics of my leg when the cast comes off? No one? Awww, c'mon!

I am in the walking boot now. I still have to use crutches, but totally at my discretion. I am walking, but the doctor wants me to use crutches for stability until I am totally pain free. When I feel strong enough, I can go to one crutch and graduate to none. Then, I start therapy on Monday.
For the record, I DID get a geocache on the way home.

Using the crutches now isn't really a problem. They are just for extra support while I am building strength in my leg. I am walking on both feet. The crutches will be gone in a couple of days.
