I started this thread on CMR to see if anyone had any funny, clever ideas...
I think you guys can give me some even greater parodies here.

I think I would have went with "Everybody Needs HIM"

That would be much better Staybrite.

Yep, that was meant to be a song sung to Him.

You could go for a sillier title and talk about sacrificial laws in the Old Testament and change "Everybody Wants You" to "Everybody Wants Ewes".


When I still played with Stressin', we did a version of ZZ Top's "Tush" and called it "Bush". It was about Moses and the burning bush.

I've written a number of parody lyrics over the years, mostly for a friend of mine who would use them for ministry with the youth praise band. Unfortunately, all of my old files weren't transfered to the new comp. I should get that old hard drive and transfer them while I still can.

On CMR, I suggested More Than a Teacher to the tune of Boston's More Than a Feeling.
