Got mine today!!! Man, that first track comes out and its like I've come home. It's way too early to give my overall thoughts on this album, but so far, it is awesome!!!

BTW, my CD is numbered #44.

Divine Intervention, Blood on the Nile, Miracles, Promises and Sing Hallelujah would be my favorites. I tend to like the more melodic stuff than the blues-based stuff. I like the whole album, but those five songs above are my clear favorites.

I got mine Yesterday!! His version of sing hallejuh I really love. There are some great cuts on this cd!! I was wondering the singer Mark Boals has allot of stuff out as well. Does anyone know if he is a believer or was he just a hired gun on this cd!!

Funny you mention that...I just listened to the album again, and I came back to this thread to say how much I love "Sing Hallelujah"! I was wrong - Joshua does sort of let loose on this track. The lead guitar on this song is amazing, but not just its technical proficiency. It makes the song soar to the point of giving me chills when I hear it. I think that's my favorite song on the record now. "Divine Intervention" is easily #2, followed by Promises and Blood On The Nile.

Heaviest? Probably "Intense Defense" (which is comparable to Winger or Ken Tamplin's solo work) and "Chapter One" (which has a Whitesnake/Red Sea groove to it).

The album is great. But, even with the goodies, the price is too high. I think Joshua will sell more when he puts out the non-collector's version with a more stripped down price tag.

It's a bit expensive.

I understand Seth the extras are cool and all. I purchased it and i have to say it is the most I have spent on a cd ever. It is an awesome cd the music is right up my alley. But times are tough as you know economically. So it is hard for people to shell out that kind of dough for a non neccessity. Also some people are not into autographs and such. It places people on a pedestal so to speak and causes pride to develope, which I would not want for anyone.

His music is awesome and it stands on its own without any of the extra's. I know you have already invested in this and this is the route you have to go. But for future reference, trust in the music and not all the xtras and that way the cost is lower and people will be more likely to grab it up!! joshua's reputation alone will sale the music!!

Listening again to "Resurrection".
The more I listen to this CD the more I like it.
This CD will end in my top 5 of CDs of the year.
