It wasn't vinyl but I was at a "Half-Priced Books" store the other day looking through their used cd section and nearly all of them were $4 or less. That was until I saw Bloodgood "All Stand Together" and picked it up more than ready to pay $4 for it (even though I already have it), and it was marked for $15.....someone at that store has been checking E-bay.

16 songs- 4 songs each side- 2 discs

Hmmm, guess they couldn't fit all 16 on one LP ? Weird.

I think the most songs I have ever seen on one side of a disc is 6. That would leave 4.

Just curious, does the case fold out or does it have two sleeves inside one single case - if that makes sense....

I think I remember seeing somewhere that you can only get around 22 minutes of music on each side of a 12" record (at 33rpm).

Maybe you will be able to find one before it sells out. After MBP came out it was gone (had a limited pressing of 500). Just checked on SC ,a limited pressing of 1000.

I did see that the site where I got mine still has it listed in stock (Barnes & Noble).

Now for something a bit softer. I wanted to get the picture discs but didn't want to fork out the 70 to 80 $$$ for them.

I didn't realize the Christmas disc was a gatefold.

I've obtained a mess of LPs lately and hope to eventually snap some pix of them and post them here. But here's what I got yesterday. The vinyl looks brand new inside. Pretty happy about these:

My wife used to have that Amy Grant "Collection" album on cassette....when it was new.

I dig Amy. I've got pretty much all her albums, several on vinyl.
Haters can say what they want, but I think she's the cat's meow.

I did too. I really wanted this disc mainly for one song, Thy Word. For some reason whenever I listen to it I hear it with metal/hard rock production as if they used guitars and drums instead of keyboards. I would love a band to cover this song and do that some day.
