| Nahh, this is just for fun. My original point was, with all the goofy names popping up (mostly in my sons music collection), I was just thinking surely there are some good names that haven't been used yet. ie Mission of One or Mission One is good stuff... sounds good, makes it's point - but like I said "Death cab for cutie"???? howabout "Toad the wet sprocket"- what the heck ?? They don't even roll off the tongue smoothly - Goo Goo Dolls ?
Howabout in the Christian realm = "Unicks Face" ? "Hot Pink Turtles" ? "Hokus Pick" ?
"Vomitorial Corpulence" ? and of course many more.... Sure they're memorable, but they're also lame.
I wanted to hear some GOOD ideas for band names that have never been used... so far ya'all are doing good ! | |

That makes me think of Ray Comfort (the guy from the Way of the Master series with Kirk Cameron). And he just doesn't rock at all.

Agreed, and to top it off the first album could be titled "Dawing of the Son" or "Rising of the Son" (sumthin like that).
