Girder
I ordered the standard edition for 12.99 plus 5.99 shipping.
I couldn't reconcile spending an extra $6 for a bonus track that is just a stripped down version of another track on the cd and a collector card.
I have to say I still get annoyed by the attempt to sell me insurance on the delivery. If my item gets damaged and Girder doesn't back me up, I will just dispute the charge snd buy from somewhere else.
Package your stuff right when you ship and you won't have damaged items.

I don't use Girder very often because so many people have had bad experiences with them. I have only had two and they were a chore to clear up, but I did get them rectified. That erases the slate in my opinion. I do proceed with caution, however.
The insurance doesn't bother me. Their shipping prices bugged me until I had to recently ship a couple of CDs myself! Man, shipping isn't cheap! If you think the USPS is bad on something like this, ship it UPS and watch the rates double!
I am more aggravated with the whole tip section. A tip? For what? I bought the CD and am paying for the shipping. Are they sending me some special chocolates with my order? Does it come with a free mani-pedi? Then why do you need a tip? Only basic service was offered.
Of course, I realize that is probably put on by the company that provides their storefront software. I am just amazed that we have fallen prey as a society to the whole tip culture as if it is my place to insure you get a livable wage. Instead of insisting on tips or having your hand out for extra when only basic service is provided, scream at your employers for not providing higher wages. The business owners and corporations are your real enemy here, so quit demanding we have to give you a certain percentage!
OK, rant over. Who else is getting Human Code?

I ordered the standard version. I also couldn't bring myself to spend an extra $5 for one bonus song and a "trading card" I don't even want.
The insurance thing doesn't bug me too much. However, I am sick of being asked for a "tip" on everything. Short of delivery, and having a waiter serve me I'm just refusing to tip now. It really seems to have gotten ridiculous. Nobody offers me extra money for doing my job. At this point I might even consider taking a bribe.

I got the standard version. One extra song that is just a stripped down version of a song that is already on the record isn't work $5. I am like Staybrite and don't need or want the trading card. I usually chuck those in the trash. Seriously, who is gonna want those once these bands have faded from memory because the fans of them have died off? They are going to be worth nothing unless you save them for bookmarks.

Yeah, I am over the whole tipping culture.
I used to eat at Subway 3x a week or more but I stopped altogether and haven't been for months now all because they swivel the machine around and look at you expecting a tip.
