Interesting. Other than a few minor places, and I mean minor, I don't think I would have known that was AI generated if you hadn't told me so.
It does sound really good!

Yes, it missed a few words, and at certain points it sounded slightly off. And the ending isn't right, but that's down to me, not the A.I.
However, other than that, it sounded almost a bit like Sabaton, and completely caught me off guard.

What's funny is it sounds like a real band to me, but it seems like the recording quality (or audio quality) isn't the best. Shockingly too real sounding. Look out Milli Vanilli you are about to be replaced by the next music sandal!

For people who write lyrics but might get stuck writing musical melodies or don't play, this could be a useful tool.
Heck, I am thinking of trying this and then rewriting song parts to see how that works for me.

I found a better one. It's called Udio.com I'm 30 songs in. It's not perfect, but it's good fun.

Well, I've had a blast! Just about to run out of lyrics that I want to turn in to songs, but it's been great fun. None of them have turned out amazing, but it's great bringing them to life. Making CD's has been good fun too!

I am having trouble figuring this out. I am trying, but all I get is a few seconds clip!!!

Dang! This is extremely difficult for me to figure out! I can add a verse, but then the prompts tell me I have too much content in manual mode to add my chorus. I keep having to attempt to extend the song, but it is costing me credits each time I do. Also, it keeps changing the music of what it has already done.
How do I get it to repeat the chorus?
This is driving me bonkers!!!!

Okay, I am about done with this! I can't get any uniformity in choruses or verse parts. Every time I try to extend a track it changes everything I have done up to that point. I am just about to the point of ripping what hair I have left out. I was hoping to use this for inspiration, but this is just making me want to scream and smash something! Good grief! I thought this was gonna be easy!!!! What was I thinking!!!!!

Mine ended up sounding weird as the choruses didn't sound similar each time in structure. The solo pieces just seem randomized and a band would have trouble following this arrangements. it does have some decent riffs though.

I was shooting for Molly Hatchet, so that wouldn't be too far off in sound or style!
I am working now on building my own drum tracks for this, morphing riffs to match what I would do and make parts uniform, smoothing out that weird bridge, and using the main riff before the first verse for my guitar solo section and outro. This might actually become a workable song since the lyrics are actually mine.
The lyrics may need a bit more tweaking as I want to give the impression in the first verse that the person telling the story is just like their earthly old man in actions. Once he comes to Jesus, then he becomes like his Heavenly "old man".

UDIO Intro, instrumental and outros work much better More choice.

At this point, I don't really need instrumental parts as I can use whatever riff ideas that are generated to build something off this and my band can figure out the rest.

Suno is even worse than Udio. I can't do anything that even remotely seems musical as far as overall flow. The lyrics fall into weird placement in both verses and choruses. How in the hairy do you actually get something to "extend"? Do you just do a first verse and chorus and then extend? Do you add the lyrics for the chorus each time you want them?

That sounds pretty decent, but will certainly sound better recorded by real hoomans! It almost seems a little fast for the style, almost like the music is racing for the finish line.

Ok, you need to fire the vocalist on the SUNO version. I don't know how, but around 45 seconds it clearly sounds like they are using autotune... on an AI vocal!
That UDIO song sounds a lot like something from Theocracy! (except for the barely audible growling sound in the vocals... which is unique to say the least).
In general on these AI songs their mixing seems really bad. Can hardly hear the instruments on most of them and/or the vocals are pushed a little loud (unless it's a guitar solo, but the drums, bass and rhythm guitar just blend together). It's kind of scary. I don't think the average person would know it wasn't real musicians behind the music.

With suno, you get up to 2 minutes at the start, and then click on the extend button. You can then cut and paste in the new lyrics that follow, and tell it where to start from. So if you like the first 1 min 29 seconds, then type that in the Extend From box, then you can cut and paste the new lyrics in to the text box.
It does work, but the [verse] [chorus] [verse] prompt doesn't work very well at the moment.
They are working on version 4 at the moment, so it will only get better.

Yes, in quite a few of the songs the further you get in, the more muddy the vocalists sound. I think if you picked some kind of light music, like acoustic guitar, then it would probably sound crisper.
It's kind of weird, because I've listened to a number of my songs many times, and I'm sort of used to it now. I think it could be the fact that I do love a bit of industrial music, which is or at least can be very electronic. So when the songs go off in that direction I'm not too bothered.
I tried doing some Marilyn Manson styled songs, but they didn't turn out crash hot (to say the least!)

This version reminds of of a television preacher with a decent voice singing live with an orchestra on a fund-raising telethon. I'm not sure why.
Can you do this song in opera, or even acoustic guitar singer-song writer style? Might be interesting to do the same song in several different styles.

I was after this Molly Hatchet, AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynrd mixup. While the final track didn't come out the way I wanted, I was able to take what I wanted and add my own flair to it. I sat down today with my interface and computer and took the drum tracks I made yesterday and all the rest of the instruments today. I don't care for my solo, but it is enough to let the guys in the band hear it and decide what they want to do with it. I can also render it with each instrument taken out so they can practice it at home if they choose.
I will share my demo with a few of you just to get some different ears on it if you'd like.

My guitar solo sounds like crap, but my mix has gotten much better with this song. Running it through eMastered and fine tuning it so I can master it quickly is working well, too. If this sounds as good as does in my headphones, I will send it to those who have bothered to respond so far.
