I don't have a big budget for new music, but here's a list of albums I'm looking forward to (and if I'll be getting them)...
Theocracy - Mozaic (already pre-ordered) Bride - Snakes acoustic 2023/24 (definitely get this) Bride - 2 disc new album 2024 (definitely get this) Dale And The Boon Dogs (not a blues fan, but a Dale fan!) All For The King - Darkest Before Dawn 2024 (definitely get this) Whitecross - Fear No Evil 2023/24 (another definite) Flood - new album 2024 (100%!) Motivik - new album 2024 (bit heavy for me, but SOOO much like Guy and Gary Tourniquet that I'll be getting it for sure)
Albums hopefully on the way in 2024 (but no confirmation) that will definitley end up in my collection X-Sinner, Stairway, Mission Of One, Deth Enemy
Albums that I may get Signum Regis, Diviner

From Fundy's list I am most likely to get:
Theocracy - Mozaic (not pre-ordered, but almost certain to get it) Bride - Snakes acoustic (I would certainly like to get it, but want to hear a number of tracks first) All For The King - Darkest Before Dawn (absolutely gonna get this one) Whitecross - Fear No Evil (another "gotta get" album) Diviner - Avaton (this one is a definite probably)
In addition to Fundy's list:
Eisen Krone - New album with Chaz Bond and John Berry (Jacob's Dream) Supposedly music that will recall the era when Chaz Bond fronted Jacob's Dream. Not sure when it's coming out... I'll probably get it if it sounds like Chaz era JD.
David Benson (rumor that there will be a release... maybe on Roxx... another highly possible buy from me).
Mission of One....new album!!!! (definite buy)
Joshua's Creed... dang it, this album needs to come out now! (definite buy)

Was wondering if David Benson was still around. Think I’ll pass I have two of his releases and personally I don’t think they are very good but that’s just me.
Whitecross: sounds cool. Isn’t Fear Not Evil already been released though? I think I bought it last year s a download from Amazon.

That was the EP that they did to raise money to record the full length album coming out in December.

As to Mission Of One, the music and mastering is completely done. The main artwork is complete for the cover but I need to get my logo and album title put on it. I am going to send it out to Roxx, Retroactive, and Girder and see if anyone bites as far as carrying it on their label. If not, I will get it released myself even if I have to do digital only.

Where have y'all pre-ordered the new Theocracy? The only places I've seen it available have really expensive shipping...

This one is definitely happening--I just don't know when. David has been sharing a few photos here and there of his time in the studio. I think it will be very late this year or early next year depending on who carries this.
I am also excited for the Whitecross album. I got to hear a few of the songs live at Immortal Fest from the new record, and it is gonna be kickin'! Think classic Whitecross with a hint of Whitesnake thrown in and that's what they are going to be sounding like (at least to my ears).
All For The King is also one I will get. I might get Diviner, and I am waiting to see how long the songs are on Theocracy before I order that.

Right on. Shipping from their US store (via Vision Merch) is $11 for a single CD! I just can't justify that haha.

I've never purchased anything directly from DB. Given the terrible stories I've heard from some I likely never will.

Anyone have any details on that new Flood album? I'm also curious as to whether or not the first one will ever be on any streaming platforms. I have a friend who is a Tourniquet fan and would like to hear it but he only streams.
Also, I loved that first Flood album but I wish the mix had been different. I know Bill Metoyer mastered it but I wish he had mixed it as well. Somehow they took a brilliant and creative drummer and made him sound as sterile as if they had programmed the drums. Total letdown. Still happy about the music though!
