It seems that Michael has posted a new song from his P&W project album.
You can check it out on his myspace site.

I was pleasantly surprised, it really rocks. Not that the whole album will be metal, this quote is from his myspace site

Quote :
Stylistically, this CD has a lot of different styles ranging from the Beatles and rockabilly, to, you guessed it, heavy metal. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it.

This song really rocks.
Now ... to bad we only can listen to one song.
I was pleasantly surprised, I expected a P&W CD.
But this really rocks.

I want to hear more samples than just that one. So there is one good song. The rest could be pure suckage, and we'd never know.

Michael, put up more songs! You can put up a player on your page that will hold 4 songs. I think you can pay to have more. Sign up with SnoCap and sell your MP3s on the MySpace page, and then we can hear clips of it all. Yeah, that's the ticket!

That's what I thought too.
This song really rocks.
There are more songs on the album, how do they sound?
More songs on MySpace is a very good idea.

Funny you should say that because there is a myspace site for the album, and it does have a myspace player, but that is the only song in it. Makes me wonder if he is intentionally holding out.

There are 5 songs there now. Interesting Edgar Winter tribute riff on Hossanna. I can handle that song and the title track. I'll pass on the other 3.

"O Happy Day" sounds just like the version on Rock Power Praise 3.

I'll probably pass on this.

Woah, I'm not digging any of those other tunes (well maybe the title track isn't too bad). I'll definately be passing on this one.

Looking forward to a new Bloodgood album.

I got to listen to clips from the whole CD yesterday at Lifeway in Mt. Juliet. Needless to say, there are like 3 rockin' songs and the rest are almost country music. I passed on this. The three rockin' songs are so close in arrangement to versions of the same songs on the Rock Power Praise series and Metal Praise.

I don't think it's worth the $16 Lifeway wants for it. I'll wait for some new Bloodgood.

Agreed.
If I waned a country sounding album I would have bought the last Bon Jovi record.
