In a merchandise list full with cassettes and CDs I read the names of many unknown bands.

Have you ever heard of Eloi metal and groove rock ala Disciple and Megadeath?
Or Slamcat?

Blastbeats has sound samples from both of those bands. I have the Slamcat disc and it is pretty good, though it is not a favorite style of mine.

I found both Eloi and Slamcat to be rather dull with a few listens. They never really grew on me, and I either sold or traded them away.

I've got Slamcat's album and also 2 of Eloi's albums (not sure how many they did)

Slamcat's 'El Cato De La Slam' was a cool title for an album, but the album wasn't great to my ears. Nothing wrong with it, in itself, just not to my style.

Eloi's albums that I've got are Degrees Of Freedom, and Mold. Both are grove styled metal, and again not to my liking. It's good, just not my thing!
