I'm not much of a fan of punk rock so I have to say I don't have any albums from The Lead. But I've heard a few tracks now from their lead singer's solo effort. It looks like Roxx Records is going to release her new CD "Unveiled Part 2" combined with her original EP "Unveiled Part 1". The music has an interesting sound. Kind of a mix of singer-songwriter and alternative rock with worship lyrics. I just might pick this up.

I didn't order this as I thought it was actually being released as two EPs instead of both on one CD. I like what she is doing with this. I actually don't mind some worship music--I just want it in a style I like that doesn't sound like everyone else.
I also highly recommend the new Seventh Day Slumber album Unseen: The Lion & The Lamb. It is worshipful but it also rocks.

Yeah, I'm quite digging this. It is two EP's (the first one was a year or so ago) and are both together on one CD (so eight songs total on the disc). It has kind of a 90's alternative, but moody sound. It's definitely rock, but not at all sappy or up-beat like typical worship music. The shortest song is 4-1/2 minutes, but the longest track is only about 6-1/2 minutes. Some of it does get a little repetitive lyrically, but no worse than most worship music.

I thought I would really like this, but I don’t. I would sell my copy for $12, including shipping. If you’re interested, hit me up with a PM.

Is it just me, or does Nina and our own Jen sound a lot alike? We've never seen both of them in the same room together.
