I asked him a few years back if there was going to be another Main Line Riders album, and he said he was so busy with family and work that it wouldn't hurt his feelings if he ever made another MLR album. So I think he's busy...although I thought he still did some remastering work. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I asked him about it not long ago and he said that the guy from Bombworks just undercut him so bad. He is still doing some mastering, but not for Roxx and Retroactive. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| That's too bad, he did a great job. The industry is brutal. | |

| I am almost done remastering all my Apostle stuff. I am going to try to find the other guys in the band to see if I can get better copies of the released and try to get permission to release these properly. Until then, I will look at ways to distribute these out of print albums to ya'll here.

| Here is what I have from Apostle/Matt Harding:
Apostle Chariots of Iron Hymns Prepare To Meet God (only CD release they did--everything else was cassette/LP only)
Matt Harding Matt Harding's Steel Armada (cassette only)
I have boosted the albums to more modern levels while trying to maintain the feel of the originals. I can take these songs up more, but the bass and drums become too strong and begin to wash out the guitar work. I am now working on editing the tracks so that you don't hear as much tape noise. Chariots of Iron and Hymns were on one tape when I did the transfer 16 or 17 years ago. Even though the cassette was in pristine condition, the tape was thinner due to the length. So, you could hear slight pieces of music playing backwards from the other side of the album. Weird, huh? So, I am cutting off those pieces and doing mild fade ins/fade outs to reduce tape hiss at the start/end of each song.
I've been busy! I also videoed two more Hangin' With Pastor Christ segments. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| It's very interesting you are working on the Apostle songs, to let them get a more modern sound.
I'm curious how those Apostle songs sound after you have finished your work.

| I may be on to something. I won't say more at this time.
I did learn that Matt died of a drug overdose. Not even Christian rockers are immune to that.

You make it sound so easy..... I got all of those names from the various releases via Discogs. They actually had quite a bit of info.

I did learn that Matt died of a drug overdose. Not even Christian rockers are immune to that. Now, just because he died of a drug overdose doesn't mean that it couldn't have been accidental.

I by no means was insinuating more. He could have taken his own life. He could have just taken too much if a drug he used sometimes. We will probably never know.
