If they'd had better publicity I think they'd have been bigger, this is a solid album with a doomy feel at times. Someone needs to do a reproduction on this but it's a great album as is.

Hmmmm... another band I have never heard of that I somehow missed. Yes, someone needs to dig this up and remaster it.

I have a Retroactive re-issue of Stronghold. I don't listen to it often, but every now and then the mood grabs me and I crank it. Production is surprisingly good for what it is.

I loved it back in the day, they should get more recognition as one of the early Christian metal bands.

They sound like Black Sabbath without sounding like Black Sabbath.

This was remastered and reissued by Retroactive. I helped clean up the art and did the layout. I've tried listening to it a few times, but just can't get into it. I don't think it is that great and don't see the Black Sabbath connection.

I think the Sabbath reference comes from the doomy feel of songs like Barabbas and No Superstars For Jesus. I forgot about the Roxx reissue, it didn't get much publicity that I saw.

I remember writing a review of the reissue a few years back. I don't remember much about the album itself though.
