They're called Saints of War. I just found them tonight from a Twitter post. So far I'm liking their bluesy but heavy style.
Four tracks here...

I think the vocals just need a little reverb and a touch of delay. The guy can carry a tune it's just the recording is rather dry.

Never heard of them but totally dig their sound! I do agree that the singer needs a little extra something in the production department. But still very cool, going to have to check out more.

I agree on all counts. It's always the way with self produced music. We are musicians, not sound engineers. Theirs is a very skilled job so ours is a very long hard road to learn the ropes. Just look at John's and my first foray. Beyond the Gates was solid writing, but the production let us down. Our next one is so much better in terms of sound quality. Huge steps in our recording and mixing techniques. I'm definitely going to watch these guys. Hoping to see that kind of development cause I'm loving "Wash the World Away." Cool heavy sound. Yeah, it is let down in production, but it's still very good.

I also agree that there needs to be some reverb on the singer's voice. I'd also bring a touch more lows on his voice out in the EQ just to make his voice warmer overall. Other than that, I'd listen to a CD of this any day.

The guitarist's comment this morning was that they plan to redo all the tracks on reverbnation with a different vocalist and also record some new material. We'll be seeing more of them soon. : )
