I know there aren't a whole lot of thrash fans here, but if you are one, you gotta check this album out. The vocals are a little more on the harsh side than the clean side (more Exodus/Vengeance Rising than Metallica/Deliverance), but excellent old-school thrash sound.

The Hand of Fire album Nuclear Sunrise is pure San Francisco Bay Area Thrash metal... it's quite good... no cookie monster vocals at all...
