Went to spend a couple of Family Christian Stores gift cards yesterday, and found out that Day Of Fire released a new CD back in January (I didn't realize they were still around). Great CD with some awesome rock tracks, including this...

Yep, they did. It's a pretty good disc. I like it.

I was going to ask if anyone had this album and what they thought of it. I stumbled upon this band later than most when I found their debut for sale in a used cd shop for less than $5. I was pleasently surprised with how good they sound (not at all like a some of the typical cookie-cutter modern rock bands).
I have only heard a few tracks from the new disc, but what I heard sounded even better than the "Cut and Move" album. How would guys/gals rate this disc compared to the other two albums?

For me it's a great disk, only in rate CDs I'm not very good.

I love this disc. A lot more raw and a lot less polished than their previous efforts.

It's been a while since I've heard their other two, but from what I remember about Cut and Move, this one is definitely better.
I first heard of this band several years ago when their song "Cornerstone" was going strong on the radio, and saw them in concert here in Cincy when they were touring with Third Day several years ago.

This latest disc reminds me of a mix of both their previous efforts. I do like the addition of the guitar solos on some of the songs.

I think "The Dark Hills" is by far my favorite song on the album. It has kind of a dark feel to it, has a great message to it, and even has a guitar solo in it.
