Recently reorganized the music room. Sold a bunch of music then re-ordered everything - separating genres, as well as Christian and mainstream (before now I had them all together). I'm liking it better this way.

I saved my favorite chair from being thrown out today. My cats have done a number on it over the past few years. I bought this cover from Amazon and now the chair looks amazing! It sits wonderfully, and having it look good again makes it even better.
The cover is easily removable and machine washable.

According to Discogs I have exactly 2,018 LPs and 3,856 CDs But I recently sold around 400 CDs and about 100 LPs. Unfortunately I didn't remove the sold ones from Discogs, so now I've lost count

Our son and his wife are both in the same unit in the Army. They have both been deployed to an undisclosed location across the Atlantic Ocean and will be there for about 9 months. During that time we have agreed to take in their puppy. We picked him up a few weeks ago, right now he is about 5 months old (they only had him for about 7 or 8 weeks). He is a handful, but a sweet little guy. He is a miniature Australian Shepherd with a cool looking blue merle coat. He is very friendly and likes to spend time with people. Fortunately he took to us very quickly. He is incredibly active and needs a few hours of play each day or he tends to shred and dig at things. He isn't a big dog, but he has gained almost 4lb in the 3 weeks we have had him (up to about 11lb now)

Oh yeah, he is an incredibly cute little guy. And very friendly with other people and most dogs. So he is a hit with all the old people in our neighborhood and at the dog park.

The day we met the queen. (This photo hasn't been altered in any way.)
Wow, very cool to meet the Queen! She must be favored by God, she is the only one that sun in shining on in that photo! That has to be quite the old photo your kids are a bit older than that now. Obviously you took the picture, Is that Mrs Fundy?... she looks much younger too!

Yes, that's right. The photo is from about 1980, my dad took the photo, and it's my sister, mum and the queen. It was nice of her to pop back in time and show up in our photo.

I went back to London last week (this time with my wife and two kids). Here's some photos. It was boiling hot! We travelled up by train, went up the Sky Garden... which is a skyscraper, with a garden at the top. (picture 1) Then went on a boat up the Thames, to go on the cable car (picture 3) Picture 2 is me!

Looks like a fun time. They have some crazy large dice in London, I wonder what game those are used for and how many people does it take to roll them?
