Janice Sweet

I found out a couple days ago that Janice Sweet, Rob and Mikes mom was diagnoised with having breast cancer. I haven't seen anything posted about it by either Mike or Rob. I understand if they want to keep it private. I think Janice had a falling out with Mike. My prayers are with her and her family.

Definitely keep her in prayer. 

There was certainly a lot of bad blood with her managing (or shall I quote Michael from his book and say "mis-managing") the band. I believe they've since reconciled, but it got ugly for a while there. 
I hope she can fight this current battle and have her boys by her side thru it all.

I know that a few months ago Janice made a post on her fb about her opinions about gay marriage. It didn't take Mike long to make a post stating that she doesn't speak for the band or him and that he appreciates ALL his fans. There were people that thought Mike over reacted and didn't think that what Janice said was wrong. .

Everyone has their opinions and beliefs, including family. I don't agree with all the opinions of my family, but I still love them.
In Mike's case, he represents a band which is also his business/career/livelihood. So it makes sense that he would have to clarify that her opinions aren't the opinions of the band.
