| I know some of you had to preorder this. I did just a couple of weeks ago when I placed an order from Amazon for a couple of new albums. What do you think so far?
I have only played it once and I like it. It isn't Stryper, but I didn't expect it to be. There are fun, clean secular songs on here and a couple that seem to have a covert message more in the line of what we'd expect from Mr. Sweet. The rhythm section (bass and drums) are tight and don't just play to the guitar parts. The first album felt like a project between two forces while this one feels more coherent like a band. I have a few new albums, so I want to spin them all in rotation including this one. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| I saw this mentioned in an email from Mike (via his site). I am curious about this. I don't even have the other one(yet). How would you describe the sound? | |

| I buy so few albums nowadays I have to love the album before I buy it. I don't think Sweet & Lynch tick all the boxes for me. They do sound great (or their last album did) but it's not for me. _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

It is still straightforward 80s style metal with modern production. The sound is huge and the hooks are big, too. Since George Lynch is an atheist, you won't get a hardcore Jesus message in the songs. All the songs are clean and Michael does manage to at least get the listener pondering the afterlife.

| I was going to pre-order from Amazon, but I dislike that they wait to charge you for it until they send it....so I will probably order it this week. Really looking forward to it. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Picked up a copy of the new Sweet & Lynch at Zia's Record Exchange while in Las Vegas this past weekend (on Friday actually). I might describe it as 80's melodic hard rock with some 70's classic rock thrown in. No, it is not Stryper meets Dokken but is solid nonetheless. | |
