| If ever I can, I will find some on the highway between home and work. Trouble is, I'm not in control of the shuttle, so I can't. | |

| Picked up a very easy cache at a downtown waterfront yesterday. The cache was hidden "under the skirt" (name of the series) of a flagpole, and there were two flagpoles. I had a 50% chance of getting the correct flagpole first… and I didn't, of course. But it was an easy find, all the same. | |

| I got two yesterday and thus will get one of the 7 special souvenirs for August. I am going to try my best to get all 7. It should not be too hard. It will just take a little planning. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| Have found 10 caches yesterday.
Sometimes when new caches are loaded to the GPS they don't appear on the GPS while they are really loaded. Chris, have you had this too with the Garmin etrex 30?

| I don't use the etrex 30 often. That's Holly's machine.
I still use my Dakota 20.
Sometimes caches just simply do not load. The biggest thing I can tell that causes this is failing to click on the icon to safely remove hardware before unplugging the GPS from the computer. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| I need to try and get out this weekend - if the weather cooperates. I'll be going on a road trip to Montréal tomorrow, in all likelihood, so hopefully, I can snag something along the way. | |

| I haven't had time in a while. I need an event cache to collect all 7 of the special souvenirs for August. I will check to see if I can find one this weekend or next. I've just been so busy with doing marriage counseling for some couples that I am doing the wedding for, practicing music with two different groups that I am playing bass with for a while for upcoming gigs, and then extra activities at church. I will be glad to actually get a full night at home.

| You really are very busy. But practising bass with two bands for upcoming gigs is something you really like. How cool it will be when you can climb on the stage and play. Doing marriage counseling is important too. When you are not so busy anymore the reward wil be .. caching. !!! | |

| I was visiting with some family from France in Montréal when I decided to check my phone for geocaches… Turns out they live a stone's throw from a cache! Needless to say, I went and got it immediately. It was an easy find. | |

| Found 4 caches in the drizzle. One was so nice, it was a wire going to an other tree and there you hear the bells rining and have to find the caches.
Sometimes life is busy ... to busy. I've had that when we had family over from Canada and Curacao.

| Just looked up Curacao, didn't know what it was. That's cool, never knew the Netherlands had colonies in the Caribbean. | |

| The Netherlands have some Caribean isles. The Aruba - Bonaire - Curacao isles and The Saba - Sint Eustatius- Sint Maarten isles. Sint maarten is 50 % Dutch and 50% French. It's very warm and tropical there. The sea is amazing blue.
Found today the bonus caches of a serie we finished some weeks ago. Thought the reward of finding the bonus cache was a delicious icecream.

| We were able to do an event cache yesterday and thus completing the special 7 souvenirs of August for me. Yay! This coming weekend I am hoping to hit a power trail and break on through 5000.

| Started a power trail (about 40 caches) not too far from my cottage. Found 4 and DNF'd 1 before I had to head back. They were on an unfrequented dirt road, and I had a well-handling car, which meant, of course … | |

| WE did it! While I don't know my exact count yet, I am definitely over 5,000. We did just upwards of 90 caches today. I needed 52 to hit my milestone. I finally did it!
