| Do you have the same? When you start reading a book and your in it, you can't stop reading. I read while I'm cooking. | |

| The rare times I'm cooking, I pull up a playlist of music on YouTube on the kitchen computer. Just finished: John Grisham - A Time To Kill | |

Lately, however, I just don't have much time to read so getting through even a short book is taking seemingly forever. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| I've been known to read while I was cooking. Problem is I can only find time to read on the occasional evening. If I sit down to read in the evenings it makes me tired and I fall asleep.

| Me too! My wife can lay in the bed and read for hours. I am lucky if I make it ten pages before the book drops, hits me in the face, and I decide to put it away and go to sleep! _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

Exactly the same thing here! I often wake up after midnight to find my wife has been reading for several hours...I sometimes have to make her go to sleep. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| That's what I do for years and years, reading in bed. Sometimes very late because I want to finish the book. | |

| Finished "Mustaine" last weekend, and was ELATED to finally get "My Life With Deth" by Ellefson in the mail 2 days ago. I'm already in chapter 5. Man, these guys put out some amazing thrash metal all the while being loaded on coke, meth, pot and alcohol ! How in the world do you create such perfect music being THAT loaded !?!? Nevertheless, both books have happy endings with Jesus being the Savior to their foolish lifestyles.
Great books I'd recommend to anyone who was a teen in the 80s and loved that style of music (which I thoroughly did/do)

| Love Orwell's dystopian view of a future society! (much like Aldous Huxely's Brave New World...leave it to the socialists to paint such a bleak view of the future). I've probably read 1984 four or five times since I was a senior in High School. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."
