| Having to get used to a smaller Zune is not fun. My 120 GB has issues with the headphone jack. I am trying to find someone who will work on it. I love that machine! I have a smaller 30 GB machine that has a lot of music on it. However, if I get anything new, I will have to remove something old to play it. If you can solder... Zune jack though this looks like a whole assembly so maybe soldering isn't needed. Also saw a video of someone fixing a dead channel with a piece of plastic to keep pressure in the right spot so might be something to try first though you don't say what is wrong with it. Seemed like several people were getting only one channel.

I know nothing about the interior. Also, how do you crack open the casing since there are no screws?
