I picked up the CD just recently. I've had the actual songs for quite some time thanks to Ian

Gotcha! That's a phenomenal album. Haha yeah that one I actually bought twice (three times if you count the kickstarter!). I did the kickstarter for the vinyl but have no vinyl player so Ian gave me a shirt instead. Then I bought the digital download upon its release and THEN I got the CD... Goodness!

Rollback to that 70s early 80s Rock n Roll sound: THE HANK LAAKE BAND
Man these old albums are great ! I only have one on vinyl, love to get the other 2.
Not to mention his cool hair.... and great taste in music....
You can tell he loved the sounds of REO Speedwagon, Steve Miller, Boston, Alice Cooper, Geddy Lee... a lot of influence in his music.

Send me links to a couple of Hank Laake songs that you like, if you will, G/F. Sounds like something I'd like.

Mark Farner - Some Kind Of Wonderful Mark Farner - Just Another Injustice
Man, why couldn't I get into these when I was younger and these were easier to find? Well, I found them on eMusic as downloads cheap and got them. Man, this is great stuff! It's not really all hard rock, but it's still a great couple of rock albums. I never knew what I was missing!
