I just updated Angelic Warlord to include a review of the new Mehida CD "Blood & Water". Following is the link: http://www.angelicwarlord.com/reviews/m/mehida07.html

I find the music of Mehida to be quite melodic while their lyrical direction is forthright and uplifting.

Also, check back by the end of the week- I plan to soon have a review online of the Sardonyx - "Majestic Serenity" Retroactive re-issue. Just need to give it a couple of re-writes.

I'll have to listen to this before buying. I like some of the modern metal with all it's progressive leanings, but it all gets to sounding the same to me at times. I still prefer bands like Whitecross, Stryper, Guardian, etc. when it comes to metal. That's probably why I still like the new Titanic and Letter 7 albums so much!

If I can hear some samples and absolutely love this, then I'll snag a copy.

I checked out both Mehida and Suspyre at MySpace. Right now, I think I am going to wait.

This is an excellent disc also! This one and Rob Rock have both landed in my top 20 this year.
