I've been listening to some of their other tracks from the new album, and the lyrics are quite subtle on the Christian front. If they were a bit more open I'd have bought it, but I htink I may pass.

Isn't that going on more and more with Christian bands? Their lyrics are not so bold anymore as they were 10 years ago? Is it because the try to find more people who like their music, without being labeled as "a band who only is making songs about Jesus"? I think even today there's no reason to be ashamed to write christian lyrics. Or are the labels the problem? Or the labels want to have more "radio friendly song" for a wide audience than only christians?

With the new album, it cannot be the label. TFK is now an independent band who has no record label.
