Well, I thought it was a remaster, Gary. I don't hear anything different on the disc and nothing is said in the credits about who did the mastering. So, it looks just to be a re-release without remastering. It just has new artwork.

It's Cliffy, I believe. He said so on Steinhaus Mastering (his FB page).

He should have done more to draw out the drums. they are almost non-existent even on the new version.

In The Light sounded okay to me. The only problem I found is that the kick drum could get buried (especially in a car), and some of Ken's doubled vocals could override the mix at times.

I thought for sure it was supposed to be remastered as well. (the David Benson release that is).

I thought the album was good, but it's more of a mature album in that the lyrics are about love and stuff. Not something I really enjoyed.

I've owned it before on cassette but am now replacing it with a CD. This was a turning point for Undercover as they began to shift away from their punk past to something darker for their last 3 albums.
