| Why starting with me? Am I rich or have you finally come to your senses and decided you can't live without me? | |

is this a trick question?
alldat, with no steady job [only working part time for now], the bills were too much on me, so i moved back in with my folks to save money until i finish school.
i just got a wireless router connected today so that i could get my desktop back online and i'm grateful for that. i'd been using my laptop and it was a pain. Ma has gone out of her way to make things as comfortable for me as possible, given the circumstances. i've got a TV set up in my little room here, a corner for my computer desk... closet and dresser drawer space is a bit tight, but i'm making due.
everything else went into storage. it was rough on me [still is]. i've been on my own since i was 19 years old, so coming back here at this stage in my life was a blow to the ego, BUT... it's gotta be done for now. it's taking some adjusting, to say the least. | |

| Ouch, I can imagine that must be tough, but at least it is only for a season.
My wife and I had to move in with her parents for about 4 months after I got out of the military.....it was not fun at all. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| We lived with my wife's folks for about 6 weeks when our house caught fire back in 1990. After being married for 2 years, it seemed like a major step backwards. But, we survived and were really close to the in-laws after that and remain so today. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| It happens, but thank God it doesnt last. You'll be out again soon.
Back in '92 we had a 7.5 earthquake that destroyed the apartment my first wife and I lived in. It was red tagged so we couldn't even go back in. My parents house was destroyed too - red tagged... guess where we ended up for a month ? In my ex's parent's garage. All the water lines were busted so we had to "shower" outside with the garden hose. The first week we were too afraid to go in the garage cuz of aftershocks, so we slept in her parent's SUV.
Ahhh, good times. | |

| Just_ Sue, we are not here to pass the hat to bail you out. We are here to listen to you and read something happened. It's bummer to read you don't have a steady job right now. How long do you have to go to school?

| Sorry to hear about what's happened, Sue. Good to know that your folks are free and able to take you back for a while. Reading all the posts above I see that lots of you guys have had 'home' problems in the past - it must be tough when your house is destroyed one way or another. Not sure what we'd do as our folks live quite far away. Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

| Sorry to hear about it, Sue. On the other hand, it might provide additional incentive to persevere in school. I'll say a prayer for ya. |

| thanks, TT. i dont really need any extra incentive to persevere. i took a HUGE leap of faith when i walked away from my job to pursue my schooling. i just hate my current situation. i put it off for as long as i could and with good reason. | |
